Summary

Data, especially data privacy and security, are hot topics these days. The presentation will provide an overview of the legal aspects of data use.

What You Will Learn:

(1) When, from whom and how can you collect data?;

(2) How can you store it?;

(3) How can you use and sell it?;

(4) What should your contracts say about data?

While these topics could cover an entire day-long program, we will provide you with the key issues to think about when you are dealing with “Big Data”.
